Please be sure to email me if any changes need to be made to your reservation. Please note the following:

30+ days before check-in: Guest receives a full refund.

7–30 days before check-in: Guest receives 50% refund; Le Miel Cottage receives 50% of the reservation.

Less than 7 days before check-in: Guest receives no refund for the accommodation amount; Le Miel Cottage receives 100%

Le Miel Cottage cannot be held responsible for, or provide compensation for, any cancellation, interruption, or inability to provide a stay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, wildfires, earthquakes, severe storms, flooding, extreme weather, power or utility failures, mandatory evacuations, government orders or restrictions, natural disasters, fire, property damage, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, war, pandemics, or other unforeseen events that make the cottage unavailable or unsafe for occupancy.

If a Force Majeure event occurs and Le Miel Cottage is unable to accommodate your reservation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Any refund or credit will be determined based on the circumstances and the portion of the stay that cannot be provided.

Le Miel Cottage is not responsible for additional expenses, including transportation, lodging, meals, or other costs incurred by guests as a result of a Force Majeure event.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including circumstances that may affect your ability to travel but do not prevent Le Miel Cottage from providing the accommodation.
